- Feature You can now close the page after a video upload finishes. Brix prepares the video for screens on its own servers. The library shows the progress.

- Feature You can now type how long a cast lasts, or pick the time it ends. The quick choices stay: 15 minutes, 1 hour, the rest of today, or until you stop it. A line under the choices tells you when the cast ends.
- Fix Fixed the Support access setting not applying to your reseller. When your workspace asks support to get approval first, your reseller must now get approval too. When your workspace asks to be told, you now get an email when your reseller opens your workspace.
- Fix Fixed a gap where a signed-in session could add a passkey with no password check. The same gap let it turn on two-factor authentication. Brix now asks for your password before it adds a passkey or an authenticator app. If your account has no password, Brix asks you to sign in again.
- Feature You can now see the on-screen apps in a new look. Each app sits on a plain ground. Your brand color is a soft wash in one corner. Your logo is at the top left. A new app opens in the light theme. Open the app's Appearance panel to choose the dark theme, or to add the grid, dots or aurora.
- Feature You can now show one social post at a time. The social feeds show one post at a time by default. Each post fills the screen with its photo, and the next post appears after 15 seconds. Select List in the app settings to show a list of posts instead.
- Feature You can now set the size and position of a box in pixels. In the template editor, select a box and open the Size and position section. Select px to type the exact width, height, left and top in screen pixels. Select % to go back to a share of the screen. The editor remembers your choice.
- Improvement A Brix Template sizes the company name pill and the company name to your company name. A short name gets a snug pill and a long name a wide one.
- Improvement The Brand Kit background options are Brand wash, Plain, Brand color, Aurora, Dots and Grid. Brand wash is the default. The Wash strength slider sets how strong your brand color is.
- Fix Fixed the Weather app and template weather slots asking the weather service too often. Each screen now asks once an hour per location. The screen keeps that hour's forecast through playlist changes. When the service says a site asks too often, the screen waits instead of asking again. A venue with many screens keeps its weather.
- Fix Fixed the confirm-your-email link. The link now confirms your email only when you are signed in to the account it was sent for. If you are not signed in, the page asks you to sign in. Then open the link again.
- Feature You can now connect Google Business without a Google sign-in. Type the business name, pick it from the list, and the Google reviews app shows the rating and recent reviews.
- Improvement The layout editor now fits a tablet and a small laptop window. The canvas keeps its width. The zone settings move under the canvas, and the layout list and the editor take turns on a narrow window.
- Improvement The screen page now says when the player on a screen is older than the content it plays. The page names the player version the screen needs. Until the player updates, the screen shows the content without the parts an old player cannot draw.

- Feature You can now set the country for tax on your invoices. Choose it when you sign up, or add it later in Settings → Billing → Billing address. US and Canadian customers also enter a state or province and a postal code.
- Feature You can now reduce the number of screens on a paid plan yourself. The change takes effect when your plan renews. Until then your plan stays as it is, and Brix refunds nothing and charges nothing. You can cancel the change at any time before the renewal.

- Fix Fixed thumbnails reloading from scratch every time you opened Brix. Pictures you have already seen now come straight from your browser. The first screen of a grid also loads all at once, not a few at a time.
- Feature You can now see when a TV is off, or on a different HDMI input. The screen gets an amber warning and an alert. The player is healthy; only the TV is dark.
- Feature You can now reduce the number of screens on your plan while your trial runs. Set the plan to the screens you use. Brix charges nothing until the trial ends.
- Improvement The CMS no longer loads third-party analytics or session recording, so the privacy prompt is gone. Your sign-in cookie is now the only cookie the CMS sets.
- Improvement The off-hours setting now tells you the truth on a screen that can switch the TV's power. The TV always follows the hours. To keep a TV on around the clock, set the hours to "Always on".

- Fix Fixed screens that downloaded the same picture again for every turn of the playlist. A screen now plays the copy it saved. Screens on a slow network start faster and use less data.
- Fix Fixed the pairing code staying bright after a screen loses its connection. The code now dims and the screen tells you to check the network.
- Fix Fixed the invoice pay link for an account that has more than one open invoice. Before, the card payment could ask for the total of all open invoices. Now the page tells you how to pay only your invoice.
- Fix Fixed screen operating hours. Screens turned off at the wrong time of day. A screen with no timezone of its own now uses the timezone of its location. If the location has none, the screen uses the timezone of the workspace.

- Feature You can now open the training for the page you are on. Press the question mark key, or the ? button at the top of any page. Command-K finds every course by name. The training page for each level lists the same courses.
- Feature You can now show a web page that is on your own network. Add the address on the Links page, and Brix selects the on-network option for you. Your screens at that site open the page directly.
- Improvement You can now change the number of screens on your plan in one step. Settings → Billing starts with a screen count field. Type the new number and select Review and pay. You then see the new plan, the amount charged now, and the amount on renewal.
- Fix Fixed training courses that did not open the page they teach. Six courses in Everything started on the Screens page and pointed at controls that were not there. The courses are Data sources, the template editor, Motion, Sharing, Shared airtime and Emergency messaging. A course also ends when you finish its last step. To close a course gives no warning about the setup walkthrough.
- Fix Fixed a screen plan that changed when the card payment failed. Your plan now changes only after the bank approves the payment. If the bank declines the card, your plan stays the same, and Brix charges nothing.
- Fix Fixed very small labels across the CMS. They now use one readable size.
- Fix Fixed labels that showed far too large. Section labels in the screen panel and the side menu were the wrong size for about two hours today. Some overlapped their own text. They now show at the correct size.
- Feature You can now start with boards made for your trade. Tailored sets cover gyms, salons, hotels, clinics, banks, places of worship, cities, campuses, plants and grocers. Each set fits how that business runs its screens.
- Improvement Upload a design file and the CMS now checks it against the Brix design standard. A design with unreadable text does not import. The message names the problem and the fix. Designs with minor notes still import, and the notes show before you open the design.
- Improvement Training now covers the whole product. Settings → Training lists every level: the basics, Going further, and Everything. The middle level covers folders, approvals, scheduling depth, brand kit, roles and alerts. Everything covers every control, plus billing, security, proof of play, API and MCP. Start any module on its own.
- Improvement Pick a design and put it on a screen in one step. Change content, bulk change, and the quick cast now list your designs. The designs from setup are there on day one.
- Improvement A screen that is set up but never connects now tells you. The alert opens 30 minutes after setup and an email follows with what to check. The alert clears itself when the screen comes online.
- Improvement The setup guide does not stop when a step is not possible. The guide skips the step, or shows a control to skip it.
- Fix Fixed Invalid Date on the pay and invoice pages. An invoice with a broken date now shows a dash.

- Fix Fixed upload cancel. When you removed a file while it was still sending, the transfer continued, and the asset appeared anyway. Now the upload stops.

- Fix Fixed the rename and delete buttons on a media folder being too small to select accurately.
- Feature You can now trigger an emergency takeover yourself. Go to Alerts, open the Emergency tab, choose a pre-armed message and choose the screens. Every screen you chose switches to that message. Clear the takeover and each screen returns to its normal content. Prepare your messages in Settings → Emergency templates. Set Pre-stage on a message that must show even if the building loses its internet connection.
- Feature You can now make single sign-on mandatory for your whole workspace. Go to Settings → Security and turn on the mandatory single sign-on switch. A member whose email domain your connection covers must then sign in through your identity provider. A Brix password no longer works for them. A member on a domain no connection covers keeps their password. The same page now has the switch that turns on two-factor authentication for everyone.
- Improvement A screen reader now announces the status of a playlist. The emergency template list reads as a list. The times in the schedule grid meet the contrast standard. A keyboard user gets one clear stop on each role card.
- Improvement Brix now stores media files in an Asia-Pacific region. A workspace that you create in Asia uses this region. A screen in Singapore or Tokyo loads its pictures and videos from nearby.
- Fix Fixed large videos that showed only a play symbol in your files. Every video now shows a picture from the video itself, whatever its length or size.
- Fix Fixed the data residency region in Settings → Workspace. A workspace that stores its media in Oceania showed the United States. The page now names the correct region.
- Feature You can now check a playlist before it goes on a screen. Open a playlist and select Check content. Brix shows each item in a screen-shaped frame, and you step through them. An item that does not load says so.
- Improvement Shared airtime now starts hidden for small workspaces. A workspace that sells airtime gets it from the start. Turn it on or off at any time in Settings → Features.
- Improvement Content shared into another workspace now warns you before you delete it. The warning covers every kind of content. Choose to delete anyway to remove those shares.
- Improvement A TikTok feed now keeps the last posts on screen while TikTok is unavailable. The other feeds already did this.
- Improvement Video wall sync is not offered on new screens for now. A screen already set to it keeps playing that way.
- Fix Fixed the shared airtime tools staying hidden on a large workspace with no teams yet. The playlist editor now shows where to add a team.
- Fix Fixed a Canvas or a template losing its kind in a schedule. The schedule refused to save a second time, and a fallback disappeared from the editor.
- Fix Fixed undo after you remove a layout from a playlist. The layout returns to the list.
- Fix Fixed the content picker in a layout zone. Search now looks through the whole library, not only the newest files. A link appears in the Links tab only.
- Fix Fixed an edit to a template or a Canvas that is on air. The change now reaches those screens straight away.
- Fix Fixed an emergency takeover staying on the screen after it expired. The takeover now leaves the screen at once.
- Fix Fixed the screen panel giving two answers about one connection. The Connection row and the Health tab inside it now agree.
- Fix Fixed the dashboard reporting before its data arrives. The page no longer says a workspace has no screens while the count is on its way.
- Fix Fixed a social account with no posts yet showing an error. The feed now shows as empty.
- Fix Fixed a bulk delete staying silent about items it could not remove. Links now report them, as the other pages do.
- Fix Fixed a screen paired with a 6-digit code starting in video wall mode. A video that plays to the end held the playlist. The screen now plays independently.
- Fix Fixed a new US workspace starting the week on Monday. The week now starts on Sunday, with a 12-hour clock.
- Fix Fixed screenshots on some older sticks. The stick reported full-screen capture but captured only the web view, which made video previews look black.
- Feature You can now choose what a shared template lets another Space change. The options are nothing, the text, the formatting, the position, or everything.
- Feature You can now set an exception for one layer, so the rest of a shared template stays locked.
- Feature You can now let a person share a template without letting them edit it. An Admin sets this in the roles grid.
- Feature You can now read one line on the screen panel that says why a screen is silent.
- Feature You can now turn on screen capture at the screen itself, with no laptop and no cable. Brix then shows a real preview of the video on the glass.
